After frying, it is left to soak in sweet syrup prepared from sugar. After some time, Gulab Jamun is ready to eat.

Govind Gupta tells that after preparing Gulab Jamun, he serves it in a tray. To keep the Gulab Jamun continuously warm, a low flame is kept burning at the bottom. Hot Gulab Jamun is served in doubles when requested by the customer.
Jumbo size Gulab Jamun is only Rs 25
Govind Gupta tells that 100 to 150 customers come to his place every day to eat jumbo size Gulab Jamun. The price of one Gulab Jamun has been kept at ₹ 25. From his place, customers also get Gulab Jamun packed and take away for which a separate fee is charged. No charge is taken.
